🔄 Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided for plans that include warranty. If access stops working during the warranty window, we'll replace it after basic verification.
Exclusions: password/profile changes, misuse, sharing outside your household, or violation of platform rules.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are not provided once delivery is made, except in rare cases where we are unable to deliver the product you paid for. In such cases, a full refund or equivalent store credit will be offered.
